Skills Transfer

ON THE JOB TRAINING is our key focus in all engagements that we are involved in. We encourage our customers to put forward a skills transfer initiative for all projects that we are involved in. This approach enables us to impart knowledge and improve the technical skillset of IT staff employed within our customer structures.

In our engagements we encourage that at least one resource (junior or senior) is allocated to our team of professionals. In this approach we allocate tasks to these resources and ensure that they are involved from planning through to execution so that they have a good understanding of activities performed on various engagements. The resource is evaluated through our performance management criterion that is comprehensively developed to ensure that set goals are realistic, measurable and can be evaluated.
