Within our advisory service line, we walk hand in hand with our customers providing professional ICT advice that is governed by industry best practices. We intergrade our team with the client to establish a synergy that provides an in-depth understanding of core underlying ICT issues, which hinder optimal business performance.

Our approach in advisory work is staggered into three phases listed below:

  1. Collaborative assessment of the as is state with the client and establishment of the desired state;
  2. Identification of gaps which require attention to enable achievement of the desired state;
  3. Management of the derived project plan through to closure where the identified gaps are project milestones associated with deliverables of the client.
  4. Reporting and debriefing.
